Begun in September 2012, Rough Edges Arts Productions’ (REAP) mission is to promote and present new and emerging visual artists, musicians, dancers, filmmakers and poets engaged in challenging, and often experimental work. REAP has offered printmaking classes at The Warehouse in Windsor, figure drawing and CRIT classes, and special events at the Dirt Salon on Bartholomew Street in Hartford, and hosted a virtual exhibition program with a new artist each month. In September 2013, and 2014 REAP held the first ever POP Up art fest -REAP Street - in Windsor using vacant store fronts for installations. Art could be found in hidden and visible spaces, while music performances, theater, film and puppets covered three blocks of sidewalk. REAP Street was repeated again in September 2014. At that time, REAP collaborated with the international Inside Out project. Nine artists who participated in the theme "Art Has No Borders" were photographed, and their photos installed in store windows at the historic Plaza Building.

In 2014, REAP was instrumental in helping to create a jazz and art venue in downtown Windsor that brought in some of the top names in Connecticut Jazz to the area.

In 2015, 2016 REAP supported efforts to convert Michael Borders CT Industry Mural into a digital App that could be used by school children. In 2017, 2018 REAP offered several visual art classes at the Windsor Train Station studios as well Open Studio Hartford. In 2018 a grant from the CT office of the Arts allowed REAP to produce Americana 1 that featured two visual artists, a concert and a panel discussion entitled I Am America.
